What should I do once I receive the product?
Once the product is delivered, check if everything was provided as intended. Afterwards, make sure to secure it properly - link your own mailbox, change password, set up 2FA.
Are there any things I should not be doing with my new account?
We do not recommend making changes such as switching regions or making additional purchases, as well as contacting the platform's support. Please remember that if the account is banned as a result of your actions, it is no longer possible to issue a refund.
Can I return the product or my cancel my order?
You can, but some conditions apply. You are free to request an order cancellation before the product is delivered. Once you receive it, you can return a game account product as long as the credentials are intact, and the game has not been launched. Subscription accounts work differently, however - once the account is delivered, the subscription is already active, and the product cannot be returned.
